PRIVACY POLICY effective from 24.05.2018

1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data obtained via the website www.chomik.pl (hereinafter referred to as the Website)

2. The owner of the Portal and the data administrator at the same time is CHOMIK M Świeży Spółka Jawna with its seat in Gdów (ul. Cegielniana 875, 32-420 Gdów), NIP: 683-00-07-402, hereinafter referred to as Chomik.

3. The Chomik takes special care to respect the privacy of the Recipients visiting the Website.

§ 1 How we collect data?

1. Chomik collects information on natural persons performing legal transactions not directly related to their activities, natural persons conducting business or professional activity on their own behalf and natural persons representing legal persons or organizational units that are not legal persons, to whom the law grants legal capacity, conducting economic activity on their own behalf or professional, hereinafter collectively referred to as the Recipients.

2. Recipients’ personal data is collected in the event of:

a) using the inquiry form;
b) subscribing to the newsletter (Newsletter);
    c) using the information chat;

3. In the case of an inquiry, the Recipient provides:

    a) e-mail address;
b) address data:
– post code and city
– street with house / flat number
c) first name and last name
    d) phone number
    e) sex

4. In the case of using the Newsletter service, the Recipient provides:

    a) e-mail address;
b) address data:

– street with house / flat number
c) first name and last name
    d) phone number
    e) sex

5. In the case of using the Information Chat service, the Recipient provides:

    a) e-mail address;
b) other data allowing for the execution of the inquiry

7. When using the Website, additional information may be downloaded, in particular: the IP address assigned to the Recipient’s computer or the external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, type of operating system.

8. Form the Recipients may also be collected navigation data, including information about links and references in which they decide to click or other activities undertaken on our Website.

§ 2 How we use the collected data?

1. In the event of an inquiry, the data is used to forward the creation and transfer of a commercial offer

2. In the case of the Newsletter, contact details (e-mail) are used to send information about new offers and personal data is used to further personalize the offer.

3. The data provided during the chat is used for communication and the implementation of possible inquiries

1. The Website uses small files called cookies. They are saved on the computer of the person visiting the Website, if the web browser allows it. Information collected by means of this type of files helps to adjust the functioning of the cookie.

b) Persistent cookies: they are stored in the memory of the Recipients’ end device and remain there until they are deleted or expired. The persistent cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the Recipients’ computer.

3. The Website uses its own cookies for analysis and research as well as audience audit, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Recipients use the Website, which allows improving its structure and efficiency.

4. The website uses external cookies for the purpose:

    a) collecting general and anonymous static data via the analytical tools of Google Analytics (external cookie administrator: Google Inc., based in the USA);
b) popularizing the Website using the social network plus.google.com (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA)
c) popularizing the Website using the facebook.com social network (external cookie administrator: Facebook Inc. based in the USA or Facebook Ireland based in Ireland);
d) popularizing the Website using the twitter.com social network (external cookie administrator: Twitter Inc. based in the USA);

5. The cookie mechanism is safe for the computers of the Website Recipients. In particular, this way it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the Recipients’ computers. 7. The Chomik can collect the IP addresses of the Recipients. The IP address is a number assigned to the computer of the visitor to the Portal by the internet service provider. The IP number allows you to access the Internet. In most cases, it is assigned dynamically to the computer, i.e. it changes every time you connect to the Internet and therefore is commonly treated as non-personal identifying information. The IP address is used by Chomik when diagnosing technical problems with the server, creating statistical analyzes (e.g. determining from which regions we receive the most visits), as information useful in administering and improving the Website, as well as for security purposes and possible identification of undesirable automatic programs for viewing the content of the Website.

8. The portal contains links and links to other websites. Chomik is not responsible for the privacy protection rules applicable to them.

§ 4 Personal data protection, data access and security

1. The administrator of personal data of ordinary recipients and those sending inquiries is CHOMIK M Świeży Spółka Jawna, based in Gdów (ul. Cegielniana 875, 32-420 Gdów) (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator)

2. The administrator processes personal data for the purpose:

    a) execution of inquiries on the basis of expressed consent
b) marketing on the basis of expressed consent

3. The Administrator processes the Recipients’ data for the purpose and scope necessary for the use of the Website by the Recipients and its functioning, based on the legitimate interest of the administrator consisting in the efficient functioning of the website

4. Each Recipient whose personal data the Administrator processes, has the right to:

    a) request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to transfer data
b) withdraw consent to data processing at any time; it does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

5. The Administrator protects the personal data provided to him and makes every effort to protect them against unauthorized access or use

6. The recipient of personal data will be the Administrator’s employees and associates, as well as entities cooperating with the administrator, and providing the Administrator with IT, telecommunications, financial, logistic and marketing services.

7. Recipients’ personal data will not be used to make automated decisions

8. The Recipient’s personal data may be transferred to other entities on the basis of legal provisions. The list of entities referred to in the preceding sentence can be found in the section: “How we use the collected data?”

9. In the case of subscribing to the Newsletter service, the Recipient may request the removal of the address from the mailing base via a link in the message or by writing to the following address: odo@chomik.pl

§ 5 Changes to the Privacy Policy

1. The Privacy Policy may change, about which Chomik will inform the Recipients 7 days in advance.
