As of December 13, 2024, the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) will come into effect. According to these regulations, entities introducing products to the market will be required to provide information regarding the origin of the products, including details of the manufacturer and the entity responsible for introducing the product to the European market. This means that for all products sold in the European Union, detailed information about the manufacturer and the person responsible for distribution must be provided.
To help you adapt to these new requirements, we have prepared a brief guide on how to properly include the necessary information in your product listings.

You should include the following:
- Descriptive Product Information: This refers to the product description you already provide for each listing. The GPSR regulation does not specify where or how such descriptions should be included, so as long as your listings contain a description, they will suffice.
- Product Images: Same as the above point.
- Product Instruction Manuals: Instruction manuals in the official language of the country where the product is sold. If required for a product purchased after December 13, 2024, Polish-language manuals will be included in the package for each product purchased from us. Additionally, PDF versions will systematically become available for download on our B2B store or can be generated by a sales representative.
- Photos of Product Labels: Labels on the product packaging.
- Warnings About the Product: If applicable, warnings are included with the product purchased from us. These warnings, in PDF format, can also be requested from your sales representative or downloaded from our B2B store in the near future.
On sales platforms such as Allegro and others, there is functionality that allows for automatic completion of manufacturer and importer details, significantly simplifying the process of updating listings.
